Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for fire extinguishers, contending that: (1) it was the only offerer whose proposal met the solicitation requirements; (2) its suspension from contracting was terminated before the date of award; and (3) as the low bidder, it deserved the award. GAO held that the: (1) solicitation required rejection of any suspended offerers; and (2) protester was ineligible for award. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
