Highlights

A firm protested a Navy contract award for support services, contending that the awardee's bid was unreasonably low. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to diligently pursue its protest, since it waited more than 5 weeks after award to file a Freedom of Information Act request; and (2) untimely filed its protest more than 6 weeks after it received notice of the bid rejection. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
