A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid for sewer repair and replacement, contending that the Army improperly found its sureties unacceptable, since it submitted more than adequate evidence of the value of its sureties' assets. GAO held that the Army reasonably found that the protester failed to provided sufficient information to show that its sureties had sufficient financial resources to meet their bond obligations. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
