[Decision Concerning Army Employees' Entitlement to Reimbursement for Local Travel Expenses]

The Corps of Engineers requested a decision regarding two employees' entitlement to reimbursement for mileage for use of their privately owned vehicles while performing temporary duty close to their permanent duty station.
