Highlights
A firm protested a contract award, contending that the awardee omitted certain required equipment from its proposal. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it was the third low offerer and not in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
