A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against three Navy sole-source procurements. GAO had held that the protest was academic, since the Navy cancelled the procurements. The protester contended that the Navy improperly intended to have another firm perform the work through an existing contract. GAO held that the protester merely repeated its original contentions and failed to show that the original decision contained any legal or factual errors. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
