Women's Advisory Council 1987 Annual Report

The GAO Women's Advisory Council presented its annual report for 1987. The council addressed a number of issues during 1987, including: (1) GAO expansion of promotion opportunities for personnel in female-dominated jobs; (2) comments on the GAO maxiflex order and final part-time order revisions; (3) recruitment efforts at GAO versus other federal agencies; (4) review of the revised personnel program; (5) comments on establishment of a day care center at GAO; and (6) comments on the GAO draft smoking regulation.
