Highlights
A firm protested a Marshals Service contract award to another firm for security systems equipment, contending that the Service failed to conduct meaningful discussions with it on a deficiency in its bid. GAO held that the Service properly rejected the protester's bid, since the: (1) protester failed to adequately address the deficiency after notification; and (2) bid contained numerous other deficiencies. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
