A firm protested an Air Force contract award for aircraft maintenance services, contending that the awardee's bid was nonresponsive, since the awardee did not use the amended bid schedule, which changed the performance date. GAO held that the awardee's bid was responsive, since: (1) it bound the awardee to perform the specified quantity, type, and duration of work; and (2) the awardee acknowledged the amendment concerning the performance date. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
