Highlights

A firm protested a bid correction that the General Services Administration (GSA) allowed under a solicitation for janitorial services, contending that GSA improperly allowed the correction, since the awardee displaced it as low bidder. GAO held that GSA properly allowed the awardee to correct minor clerical and accounting errors. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
