Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the denial of its protest against an Army contract award for facility construction. GAO had held that, because funding was available for the base items only and the protester was not the low bidder for those items, it was not entitled to award. In its request for reconsideration, the protester essentially reiterated its original arguments. GAO held that the protester failed to show that the original decision contained any errors of fact or law that would warrant reconsideration. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
