[Protest of Any Navy Contract Award for Concrete Repairs]

A firm protested any Navy contract award for concrete repairs, contending that the Navy should award it the contract, since the required work was covered under its present contract. GAO would not review the Navy's determination as to whether it should order the work under the protester's existing contract, since that was a matter of contract administration.
