[Protest of Amount of FAA Settlement in Connection With Contract Termination]

A firm protested the settlement amount proposed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for early contract cancellation under a solicitation for aircraft leasing. GAO held that it would neither review the FAA determination to terminate the contract for the government's convenience nor the proper payment due the contractor, since those were matters of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
