Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest against a Defense Logistics Agency contract award. GAO had dismissed the protest, which alleged that the solicitation's specifications were ambiguous and restrictive, because the protester did not file it until after bid opening. GAO held that, in its request for reconsideration, the protester failed to provide an explanation as to why it had not timely filed its protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
