A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest against a General Services Administration (GSA) solicitation, contending that GSA failed to send it a copy of a solicitation amendment. GAO had held that, since the protester was the fourth low bidder, it was not an interested party. GAO found that, although its decision contained an inaccuracy, the protester did not produce evidence that the decision resulted from an error of fact or law. Accordingly, the prior decision was affirmed.
