[Protest of Air Force Rejection of Bid Under IFB for Projector Blocks]

A firm protested the rejection of its bid under an Air Force solicitation for projector blocks, contending that the Air Force's grounds for rejection were improper. GAO noted that the protester received oral notification of the rejection and filed its protest 11 days later. GAO held that the protest was untimely filed. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
