Highlights

A firm protested the alleged disclosure of bid information prior to bid opening under an Air Force solicitation. GAO noted that the protester overheard a conversation between a government employee and another bidder and concluded that the instant procurement was being discussed. GAO held that the protester failed to provide sufficient evidence to show that the procurement discussed was the instant procurement. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
