A firm protested any Veterans Administration (VA) contract awards under small business set-aside solicitations for laundry equipment, contending that VA improperly awarded the contracts while its appeal of a Small Business Administration (SBA) decision was pending. GAO determined that it was proper for the contracting officer to make awards after the SBA decision was issued. Accordingly, the protests were dismissed.
