A firm protested the Air Force's cancellation of a contract award, contending that, while its offered bid acceptance period was shorter than that required, the discrepancy was not material and the Air Force acted improperly in cancelling the award. GAO held that the discrepancy rendered the bid nonresponsive and the Air Force properly cancelled the award. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
