A National Security Agency employee claimed reimbursement for certain real estate expenses pursuant to his transfer. GAO held that, while the expenses were otherwise allowable, he could not be reimbursed because more than 3 years had elapsed between the time the employee reported for duty at his new station and the time the expenses were incurred. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
