Highlights

A firm protested three Alaska Area Native Health Service contract awards. Since they were filed more than 10 working days after the bases of the protests were known, two of the protests were untimely. The protester requested GAO to conduct an investigation to ascertain whether there were any improprieties in the third contract award. Since GAO does not conduct such investigations, the third protest was not for consideration. Finally, a protest that the contracts were not performed satisfactorily was not for GAO consideration since it was a matter of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
