Highlights
A firm protested certain allegedly restrictive specifications under a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation. GAO held that: (1) since DLA agreed with the protester and relaxed the allegedly restrictive specifications, the matter was academic; and (2) to the extent that the protester was protesting similar specifications under future procurements, the protest was premature. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
