Military Personnel Law Manual-First Revision

GAO presented its first revision to the Military Personnel Law Manual which was issued in 1983. The revision included pertinent Comptroller General decisions issued through December 31, 1983, and new or additional information pertaining to chapters on: basic pay and military status, military allowances, travel allowances, dependents' travel and transportation allowances, retired pay, and survivor benefits.
