Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision in which GAO dismissed its protest of an Air Force contract award, contending that its original protest alleged malicious actions on the part of the contracting officer and that GAO misunderstood that protest. GAO held that, in the original decision, it determined that the protester did not establish the possibility of bad faith on the part of the contracting officer, and it declined to review a Small Business Administration final determination that the protester was nonresponsible. GAO found that, since the protester did not present any error of fact or law nor any information not previously considered, there was no basis to review the decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
