Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision concerning an invitation for bids (IFB) for air duct hoses issued by the Defense Logistics Agency. The protester questioned the preparation of the IFB and contended that the IFB was ambiguous. Bid protest procedures require that a request for reconsideration specify any error of law or information not considered in the previous protest. GAO found that the protester did not allege any factors which were not considered in the original protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
