[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a prior decision. GAO held that, since the decision in question was rendered in response to an expression of interest by a court of competent jurisdiction which did not express interest in a reconsideration, it would not consider the matter further. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
