Highlights
A firm protested a Department of Labor decision to conduct a sole-source procurement for statistical services. GAO noted that bid protest procedures require that protests be filed within 10 working days after the basis of protest is known. GAO held that, since the protest was not filed within that timeframe, it was untimely. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
