[Request for Investigation of Air Force Failure To Pay Claim]

A firm requested that GAO investigate the Air Force's failure to pay a breach of contract claim decided in its favor by the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (BCA). GAO does not review actions relating to contract disputes decisions which have been rendered by BCA under the contract disputes clause and processed in accordance with the Contract Disputes Act of 1978. Accordingly, GAO declined to consider this matter.
