[Resolution of Conflict Between FPR's and SBA Rules and Regulations]

Pursuant to a decision regarding a conflict between the Federal Procurement Regulations (FPR) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) Rules and Regulations as to the controlling date for determining small business size status, GAO recommended that the FPR be amended to conform with the policy expressed in the SBA Rules and Regulations.
