A firm protested three Air Force solicitations for ultrasonic cleaners, contending that they contained inadequate specifications. Bid protest procedures require that protests based on alleged improprieties in a solicitation that are apparent prior to the closing date for receipt of initial proposals must be filed prior to that time. However, the protester filed its protest after all three closing dates. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed as untimely.
