Highlights

A firm protested the decision that the awardee of a small business set-aside contract was a small business manufacturer. The protester argued that the awardee was not a small business and that the Small Business Administration (SBA) decision to the contrary was incorrect. GAO stated that, since SBA is empowered to conclusively determine small business size status for Federal procurements, GAO will not consider size-status protests. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
