A firm protested a National Aeronautics and Space Administration contract award which had been set aside for a small business. The protester contended that the awardee did not meet the applicable small business size standard. GAO held that the Small Business Administration has conclusive authority to determine matters of small business size status for procurement purposes. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
