Highlights
A firm protested the award of a contract by the Defense Logistics Agency. The protester contended that the awardee was not a small business because the number of its employees exceeded the limit set forth in the solicitation. Since the Small Business Administration has conclusive authority to determine matters of small business size status for Federal procurement and sales purposes, GAO does not review size-status protests. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
