Request for Reconsideration

A firm requested a reconsideration of the denial of its previous protest regarding the Federal Communications Commission's actions in issuing and subsequently canceling a request for proposals under which the protester was the only acceptable offeror. The protester did not submit any evidence not previously considered, nor did the protester allege any error of fact or law. The burden of proof lies with the protester. Since the protester did not uphold this burden of proof, there was no further basis for consideration of the issues. Accordingly, the prior decision was affirmed.
