Debarment for Violation of Davis-Bacon Act

GAO found that a firm and its president disregarded the obligations to employees within the meaning of the Davis-Bacon Act, in performance as a subcontractor at the Kennedy Space Center. Accordingly, the firm was advised that its name and that of its president would be placed on the debarred bidders list.
