Request for Increase in Contract Price Due to Alleged Bid Error

A firm requested a reconsideration of a decision which denied it an increase in the price of a coal contract. The firm had failed to include in the bid price a required reclamation fee, and its request for the price adjustment was denied since there was no mutual mistake by the contracting parties and no reason for the contracting officer to be on notice of a mistake. The request for a reconsideration was also denied because the firm failed to specify an error of law or information not previously considered.
