Request for Reconsideration of Issue Presented to Contract Appeals Board

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision in which the awarding of a contract was held valid and binding notwithstanding the firm's postaward allegation of a bid error. The firm also filed an appeal under the disputes clause of the contract with the Contract Appeals Board of the Department of the Interior. Because GAO believes a firm should not be allowed to pursue the same matter before two forums, it declined to reconsider the request.
