Highlights

A prior protest was dismissed because the bases of the protest were in litigation before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The parties involved in the protest have now requested that the GAO decision be amended in order that the protests might be held in abeyance until a final court decision is handed down. However, the request for reconsideration specified no errors of law or information not previously considered. Since a final court action would take precedence over any action by GAO, there appeared to be no reason to grant the request. Therefore, the request for reconsideration was denied.
