Lanier Business Products, Inc. requested a reconsideration of a decision dismissing its protest as untimely. Lanier, in the request for reconsideration, contended that where doubt existed about the timeliness of a protest, the question should be resolved in favor of the protester. This rule did not apply where the record clearly indicated that the protester was informed of the agency position more than 10 days before the protest was filed. The prior decision was reaffirmed.
