A company protested alleged ambiguities in the specifications of the invitation for bids for janitorial services. The protester requested that maximum requirements be specified and that certain statements be removed. The protester argued that it could not ascertain the maximum effort required under the specifications and that adversely affected its ability to bid. The contracting agency amended the specifications. However, tne protester stated that these changes did not reflect any correction of the complaint filed. In any event, specifications covering general requirements for janitorial services are not objectionable as too indefinite for bidding purposes merely because the specifications are not all inclusive. The protest was denied.
