Highlights
Due to a change in the official station of an employee in the Drug Enforcement Administration, the employee claims reimbursement for the difference between in-state tuition and out-of-state tuition expenses on behalf of his son. Although additional tuition expenses were incurred due to the employee's permanent change of official station, such costs are not considered reimbursable under the Federal Travel Regulations.
