An employee claimed real estate expenses incurred with the purchase of a residence incident to a permanent duty transfer. His claim for attorney, closing, and mortgage processing fees was denied as he was unable to obtain the legally required itemization of these costs. Where a mortgage title policy and owner's title policy are purchased in a single transaction, reimbursement is permitted for the cost of the mortgage insurance as if it had been purchased separately regardless of how the cost of the policies is apportioned. Therefore, the employee's claim for the cost of a separate mortgage title policy was paid.
