The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) report to Congress on a study of indemnities to persons affected by EPA-administered laws will be delayed until mid-1979. Consequently, GAO's review of the adequacy of the EPA study will not meet the target date of July 1, 1979, and will be delayed until the end of 1979.
