Protest regarding Postal Service Solicitation

The protester contended that certain requirements in a Postal Service solicitation were ambiguous and requested cancellation and readvertisement of the invitation for bids. Protests involving Postal Service contracts are not for consideration by GAO since Postal Service accounts are not subject to settlement by GAO.
