Agency's Failure To Advise Protester of Solicitation

A company protested the agency's failure to advise it of a solicitation and requested cancellation of the solicitation and resolicitation. Although the procurement was not advertised in Commerce Business Daily as intended, adequate competition was generated; reasonable prices were obtained; and there was no deliberate attempt to preclude any potential supplier from competition. The agency's failure to advise the company of the solicitation did not provide a compelling reason for resolicitation.
