Request for Reimbursement for Cost of Shipping Household Goods

GAO was asked to provide a report on a petition filed September 3, 1978, in a case wherein the plaintiff sought reimbursement of $736.15, the expense he incurred in shipping his household goods to Bangkok incident to a permanent change of station. Reimbursement was denied by Comptroller General in decision B-187020, January 24, 1977.
