Determination of Nonresponsibility for Lack of Integrity

A small business concern requested reconsideration of a decision that declined to review a determination of nonresponsibility due to lack of business integrity. The request for reconsideration was not filed within 10 days after the basis of the request was known and was untimely. All determinations of bidder responsibility, including integrity, are within the Small Business Administration certification procedure and are not for consideration by GAO.
