Reimbursement of Attorney's Fees

A decision was requested regarding the entitlement of an employee to reimbursement of certain attorneys' fees incurred in selling his old home and buying a new one in connection with a permanent change of station. Fees for the attorney's work in conducting closing or in preparing closing documents and legal fees for activities customarily paid for by the seller or the purchaser in the area where the transactions took place are the only attorney's fees which may be reimbursed.
