Maximum Replacement Housing Entitlement of Persons Displaced From Mobile Homes

A decision was requested concerning entitlement to relocation benefits of persons who own or rent mobile homes and rent or own the land on which the homes rest who are displaced in connection with federal or federally assisted programs. Under these conditions, persons are not entitled to benefits under both sections 203 and 204 of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970; they are limited to benefits available under the section most appropriate to the situation.
