Request for Relief in Performance of Certain Contracts on Basis of Alleged Mistakes

A company requested relief in the performance of certain contracts on the basis of mutual mistake, unilateral mistake, or unconscionability. Any misunderstanding by the company concerning the applicability of the Service Contract Act constituted a unilateral mistake, and relief on the basis of mutual mistake was not allowed. The company's bid was not so far out of line as to constitute a notice of mistake. In addition, the prices were not so low as to render the bid unconscionable.
